What area do you cover?
Greater Montreal: the island, Laval and the near South Shore. For longer trips we confirm the price by text.
How is the price worked out?
From the full route (to the supplier, then to you) and how urgent it is. You see the price before you confirm, no surprises.
Who pays for the part?
For pickups it's already paid or on your supplier account. For "Find it for me" we buy it at the store price and you get the receipt.
What if it's the wrong part?
You approve the exact product before we buy. If we can't get it or deliver something other than what you approved, you get a full refund.
Do you deliver furniture or appliances?
No. We only carry what one person can lift alone, about 50 lb max: parts, tools, boxes. No furniture, mattresses, fridges, stoves, washers or dryers. Parts for those appliances, yes.
